| Responsibilities: | Conduct and supervise the business and legal affairs of the corporation. Receive, administer, invest, and distribute property on behalf of the corporation in accordance with the provisions set forth in the corporate bylaws as the governing body. |
| Comments: | The Foundation helps our church to manage capital from special gifts like wills and large donations. As a financial trust, the Foundation allows us to make the best use of these gifts to further God's work in a way that makes the most sense-legally and financially. |
